Circle Premium Subscription Gone on Orbi RBR20

Hello, I have reviewed posts with people having similar issues to this, but none of the suggestions I found have worked. My premium subscription to Disney Circle expired, so I renewed it in Google Play for another year. The Circle app for Android does not show that I have the premium subscription, however (the little gift icon appears at the top right). I have rebooted the phone and router, and unsubscribed and tried to resubscribe at the Play store, but nothing has worked. I followed the instructions here: https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003327512-My-Circle-on-NETGEAR-Premium-Features-are-Missing, but premium is still missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Circle app as well. Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thanks
