Configuration error in app
Can’t seem to configure Wi-Fi to new name and password. Keep getting configuration error in the app. Anyone have suggestions? I just want to use my old Wi-Fi name and password and not the orbi one that it came with.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings.
There may also be some helpful videos on what to do.
