Desktop Keeps Joining Network as a New/duplicate Device

Firmware: v4.6.8.2.
ISP: Suddenlink (I think recently changed name to Optimum?)
Modem not provided by ISP.
Net gear CM1000
In the screenshots you can see the “Home” profile, which is the general profile devices go under when they connect to the network. The other profile is my son’s profile which is limited by the Parental Controls in the Orbi app. The computer will connect to the network and go under the “Home” profile and have full access without controls. I will then move the device under the Parental Controlled profile. The next day, the computer will connect to the network, again, under the Home profile and have full access without parental controls. I will have to movie it under the other profile, and will be a duplicate device.
In the screenshot you can see the same device listed multiple times.
