Device Manager Not Providing Remove Device Anymore

My RBR850 App has no Remove Device anymore in the Profile listings.

I was able to remove devices that no longer are in use, but cannot do so anymore.

Does anyone have a solution?

    Is this on an Android or iOS phone? 

    What is the Orbi App version? 

     

    Please check if you have the latest app version installed. Kindly uninstall and reinstall the app if you haven't tried it yet.
