Device Manager... Pause/Resume not working

I am having some trouble using the "Device Manager" on the iOS app.

 

I "paused" an iPhone using the selector.  The next morning I went to turn it back on, so moved the slider back so it showed green.  However, the device still didn't work when connected to the network.  I opened back the iOS app, and checked the device and it showed "Orange" or paused.  I turned it back on, and same thing happened.  I've tried restarting the Phone, restarting the app, restarting the Orbi.  Nothing works.  The phone works fine on other networks, but it seems to be permanantly "paused."

 

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

    Hello jsputnam, 

     

    You may try forgetting the WiFi network on the iPhone and reconnect it to the WiFi again.

      I made the device forget the network but and all the steps from the first post but it still didn’t work. What should I do?
