e-mail verification Orbi App

Hello,

 

I recently changed my e-mail account (lost access to old one).
I can still log-in to Netgear (my profile shows the correct account e-mail) however I am no longer able to log into the Orbi app on the iphone.

It recognizes my account, but then it asks for verification. For which it still uses my old e-mail address (to which I don't have access anymore). I can't find out online how to change this so I can regain access to Orbi via App?
Any advices?

    Welcome to the NETGEAR community!

     

    I understand that you would like to change the email address associated with your NETGEAR account. This can be achieved by navigating to https://my.netgear.com/ then changing your email address to your desired email. Using this method to change your email will enable you to use the desired email with your Orbi app using your current password. 

     

    To change your email address using my.netgear.com please follow the steps below:

    1. Select the person icon at the top right of the page
    2. Select manage profile
    3. Select Login Settings
    4. Select Change email
    5. Now, enter the desired email and your current account password
    6. Then select Submit

     

    (Be sure to logout of my.netgear.com then log back in with your new email and verify it for added security.)
