On the Orbi 'app', the IP address assigned to the Orbi router WAN port is found under Settings on the tab labeled Internet Port on the line "External IP Address".
In what way is what the Orbi is showing "incorrect"? (Is it showing a Private IP address rather than a Public IP address?)

Is it showing a Public IP address that is different than you expect?
Most residential network accounts are assigned a dynamic IP address, which allows the Internet Service Provider to change the IP assigned to individual customers from time to time. Commercial accounts often pay a fee to have a Static IP assignment so that customers can reach them easily. This has led to the development of Dynamic DNS services which offer a mechanism for the customer router to keep the DDNS provider informed when changes occur.

Addresses beginning 192.168 are usually internal addresses for devices connected to the home WiFi.
I have used Dynu dynamic DNS service before but not at the current location. To use this service,a script/ operates automatically when a system is rebooted and the external address is reported back to Dynu. Cameras can use a Dynu link reference to access the external IP address.
I have a mixture of cameras. The Ring doorbell and spotlight cams are working but I cannot access my Amcrest PTZ cams.
