Firmware update 2.3.5.30

Hi there - I recently got a new RBS20 Satellite. When I went to set it up via the app, I was told to update to the new firmware 2.3.5.30. So I went through that process and it told me it updated, but...

Hello jcparkey, 

 

May you try reinstalling the Orbi app and confirm that the RBS20 is on firmware version 2.3.5.30 on the admin page via web browser.
