Forgot admin password and questions to login are not working.
I forgot my admin password for the app and lost it on my new phone. The two questions to answer are being answered right (where I and my mother were born which I know well), but it comes up as an error. The serial number was accepted.
How do I fix this as I would like to update my firmware?
This is mostly an app problem.

so if you didn't setup the security questions, it still defaults to having questions (its a flaw/bug) that can't ever really be answered.
If that's the case, you'll need to reset the system back to factory and redo your installation.
If you know you did setup the questions, then I'd try a different browser. There's been issues with chrome 77 so I'd try edge or firefox.
