Can you log into the existing Netgear account? (The login link may be in tiny print compared to the "Set up a New System" link.)
I can login to the account no problem, but when the app starts, there is only one option "setup your orbi" essentially, and when you select that it starts going through install instructions of "restart your broadband router", etc, then goes to "starting up your satellites". There are no other options in there to click on. However, with that said, and after trying that several times, the app suddently opened up to management app later when I tried to run it again. I don't know what fixed it, it just randomly seemed to start working after only giving me the option to setup my network 4 or 5 times in a row, after which I gave up for a while.
