Have set up two Orbi 6E systems...

Having the same problem with Anywhere Access. Have set up two Orbi 6E systems... One at work and one at home. I can only access the Orbi configuration if I am currently on the same network. This is not feasible when I need to remotely administer the other network.

I reached out to a fellow business owner, the one who referred me to the Orbi mesh system, and he has the same issue.

Current firmware on the all four networks. Phone app has been installed for 2 weeks. We are running Samsung S22 Ultras.

Hope there is a solution for this soon.

    Hello Joahuncc,

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

I understand you are having issues with accessing your Orbi Mesh systems from a different network.

What error message are you receiving when you attempt to access an Orbi network remotely?

    Best,

None of my Orbi 6E systems are even available to access remotely. They were originally, prior to the Anywhere Access crashing and not working for anyone.

Anywhere Access was previously enabled and was available for access on all of our networks, all based in NC. Working with Tech Support, we attempted:

      • Reinstalling the app
      • Reinstalling the Orbi (two different locations)
      • Trying a different, brand-new phone with the app
      • Rolling back the firmware on the Orbi devices

We checked with others who have Orbi 6E that we know (two other systems), and both have also lost Anywhere Access.

As of this morning (13-OCT-2022), Anywhere Access is still unavailable. Attempting to turn it on yields an error message.

Here is another screenshot, where you can see that none of our Orbi 6E networks appear accessible via Anywhere Access (only the one local network I am currently on).
