Help Needed Orbi App Not Connecting to router

I have a RBK50 and a satellite for home wifi. WIFI works great but when I go to the Orbi app I keep getting "Router Not Found" and to join my routers wifi network. I am already connected but it isn't working. If I use cell connection and go into the app it shows the router is "disconnected". I already tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn't work. Should I perform a reset on the router and satellite?
