How do I request a refund?

Question

Armor support page is broken for requesting a refund, but other links work. I need to request a refund on Armor that I purchased 2 days ago. Where do I go about doing that? If NetGear is going to disable the refund portion of support but not other links, then I will deny in Paypal, but prefer NetGear to handle it.
