How to change two factor phone number
I recently changed my phone number and i cant seem to find how to change my two step authenticator to my new phone number. any suggestions?

I have never turned on two-factor authentication, partly because I so seldom use the Orbi app. So.... I have no experience to base this recommendation on, but......
Two-factory authentication is entirely within the Orbi app. It has nothing to do with the Orbi web interface or the Netgear account. That leads me to believe that you must have that original phone number in order to get into the Orbi app to change the phone number. A "Catch 22".
My guess is that the only way out of this is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators (they have that 'capital N' after their screen name where the rest of us have a mysterious symbol), such Blanca_O
Include the information that should not be posted on a public forum, such as the product and serial number, how to reach you, and the old and new phone numbers.
