How to switch Orbi app from iphone to android
Hi.
Can someone guide me on how to transfer my orbi app data from my iPhone to Samsung.
I have the app installed on my android. Logged in buy I can't see my router details and devices connected to my WiFi.
I have my account still logged in on the iPhone.
Appreciate any help. Thank you.

No transferring needed. Just install Orbi app on the Android device and sign into your NG account then it will have you enter in the log in information for your Orbi system, enter that in and it will connect.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Log in to your Orbi account using the same credentials you used on your iPhone. Once logged in, you should be able to see your router details and devices connected to your Wi-Fi network. If not, try refreshing the app or restarting your router.
