How to update firmware on satellites that do not show up on manual update tab

Hi. Thanks for this suggestion. We tried this (we reverted to the previous firmware for the router), but our satellites are still unreachable. They show up on the network map and in the online portal but are "disconnected," so we can't reach them to update their firmware. They do not show up as an option when we are in the manual firmware update screen.
There is no firmware version listed in either the app or the online portal for the satellites. That field is blank. Do you know how we can tell which firmware is on them? Is it possible they are running an even older version?
The satellites blink white but occasionally -- randomly and not very often -- they will turn steady blue. We've tried syncing when they are blue, but that doesn't work, either.
So ... how to we update their firmware if we can't access them? Any ideas?
FWIW:
We have done power cycles and factory resets on all equipment.

If you reverted the FW on the RBR first, then you'll need to re-update the RBR back to what you had on it, long enough for the RBS to fully sync again, then if your going to downgrade, downgrade the RBS first, then the RBR lastly.
