I have the RBR850 router. When I go to the app it can't find the Orbi.

Hello,

My Orbi app cannot find my Orbi.  Zero devices are online.  But the internet works for my devices though it has seems a bit buggy after working perfectly since I got the system.  After reading the discussion forums it seems like there was a patch for this fix then you restart the orbi router.

 

I restarted my router multiple times and still can't connect. How do I get this patch to fix this?.

    1. what firmware is on the router? 

    2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

    3. what device are you using? ios? Android?  If its ios, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
