iMac connected to internet but orbi login says i'm not connected
I have two iMacs. My iMac is connceted to the internet (speed is about 100 Mbps) but when I try to log into Orbi app I get an error that "Looks like you're not connected to your Orbi WiFi network. But I AM connected.
My 2nd iMac i'm able to connect just fine through the app.
How can I fix this issue?!'

Can you please clarify: iMac refers to a desktop computer running MacOS, correct? The Orbi "app" is available for Android and for iOS on iPhone and iPad.
How are these two iMac's connected to the Orbi system? (Is one 'wired' and the other using WiFi?)
