Internest access

Had Orbi and satellite connected then had to unplug router to move.  when I plugged it back in, took awhile to reboot.  Computer says all is good and have internet access, but my iphone and ipad show WiFi only and says I am not connected to internet.  How is that possible and what could I be doing wrong?

    Did you change sevice providers? modems?

    Anytime you move and change isp's/modems, its a good idea to factory reset your device and redo your installation. Tends to have best results for your environment.
