Are you able to log in through the browser and check it?
Make sure icloud relay and random mac/ip address are disabled on your device.
You might need to reboot after disabling those.

- jwaasMay 06, 2022TutorThanks—I did find the toggles and followed directions without any change. Interestingly the app works on a 10-year old iPad but not on my iPhone 13 — LOL. Hopefully this resolved on its own — just as mysteriously as it began. I’m not wasting one more second worrying about it. I’m not going to be held hostage any longer, LOL.
