Issues with Access Control

Recently upgrade my setup from an old Orbi mesh to the 770. Most things are working fine, but have some confusion with access control. In my setup, I block all new connections. When I connect to the web interface, the access list is correct and works fine. However, when I use the Orbi app, it does not show the same information. For example, on the Orbi app my phone shows as blocked; but in the web interface it shows allowed. My phone works fine, but I don’t understand the lack of consistency between the app and web interface.
