Login Denied on Orbi App
This is for AX6000 Orbi Tri-Band Mesh Router (RBR860)
Firmware Version: V7.2.4.5_4.2.2
After reinstalling my Orbi App on my Android, the app is telling me Login Denied.
Phone is not using a masked MAC.
Phone is logged into the same network.
I am able to log into My.Netgear via my notebook so account name and password are not the issue
Only recent change to system is that I put the upstream DSL modem into bridge mode today, then reset the Orbi to sign in using PPP credentials. Everything works as expected, even the app worked fine, until after I uninstalled / reinstalled it.
I found a work around.
I selected the option to have Netgear send me a one-time use password. They emailed it to me and when I used the one-time password, it allowed me to log into the app.
