Login Required Keeps coming up

I am having the same problem at these guys:    Orbi (Android) App keeps prompting for admin login    RBR40 - cannot log into ORBI app    Orbi RB 50 Netgear Armor and Bitdefend...

It looks like everybody got this email, so it is not specific to any particular Orbi. (Your Orbi may already be on the most recent firmware.)  I would concentrate on solving the login problem, and leave the firmware issue for another day.  As FURRYe38 mentioned, most of us on this forum have more experience with the Orbi web interface and the folks who frequent the Orbi "app" forum obviously have a lot of interest in the app.
