Missing device in device manager of Orbi app

Question

I have a Orbi RBR50 system.&nbsp; My wifes Iphone14 is definitely connected to the wifi however it does not show up in the device manager?&nbsp; I have an Iphone12 and it shows up.&nbsp; I also have an unconnected device which just has a whole series of numbers and letters and says August below it.&nbsp; It appears August makes smart locks but we do not own one?
