mobile app (iOs) app not showing satellite connections - 2024

Hi
Many thanks for your thoughtful response.. Responses below
1. What 'mode' is the RBR50 set to? - It is set to Access Point /AP mode
2. Exactly how is the Ethernet cabling connected ?
- The router RBR50 is hardwired to AT&T modem /router BGW210. it is the AT&T router and not the Orbi RBR50 that issues IP addresses to all connected devices
- RBR50 is hard wired connected to ethernet switch Netgear Gigabit Switch GS108
- The ethernet switch is then hardwired connected to the three satellites . Translation the Access Point is not connected directly to the satellites nor are they daisy linked to each other.
- The backhaul connections are all hard wired.
- Two of the three satellites are RBS50v2 and the 3rd satellite is RBS20
- Router Firmware Version is V2.7.4.24
- The early versions of the mobile (iOS) application showed the connections between the Access point and the satellites ..
- This feature of showing satellite connections stopped working with subsequent upgrades to the mobile app
