Mobile APP IOS cannot sign on

I have an Orbi AC3000 and (2) AC3000 Satellites installed. Works fine.

 

Issue is with the mobile app on my Apple iPhone 11 software version 13.3. Was working fine until this past Thursday. Now when I open the app on the phone, I get face recognition, that accepts and then the app just closes??

 

Suggestions?
