Multiple Remote Access 1 Account
I am using the Orbi mesh network for a buisness and have 2 locations.
I have 1 (RBR50) of the networks up and running through the remote access but I cannot seem to find a way to add the 2nd (RBR20) network to my account. When I login to my account I can see the device listed on the website anyway.
But when I login to the app on my phone I do not see it. I have enabled "Remote Management" on the RBR20 but still nothing showing up on my account.
Any help would be great. Let me know if there are further details you need.
Thanks

The cloud based Remote Access - don't be confused with the local configureable Remote Access allowing a direct connection to the Orbi Router WAN/Intenret IP address - must be enabled using the Orbi App while you are connected locally to the second site. No other magic way.

Have you tried to assign you’re phone IP address to log in remotely to the rbr20 ? I did this earlier with my my Orbi and RS400 I’m able to log into both under one account. But I think you may need to log into the rb20 interface GUI to set the remote with you’re phone ip . I accidentally log into satellite earlier today so that’s why i say it may work for you but you need to know the ip of that device . I can see if it work with one of my satellites and follow back up with you.
