Names of Devices
Hi, For some reason when I name my devices in my Iphone App, after a short while the device names are lost. How can I make it so my device names will be saved?
This is a known issue after upgrading to v. 3.2.16.6.
Ver v. 3.2.16.6 of what? The iPhone Orbi app? Orbi router firmware version?
My iPhone Orbi app is showing ver 2.7.4.1. The app store shows no newer versions available.
My system is on FW 2.7.2.102 and iOS App ver 2.7.4.1 too. Try rebooting your whole system (modem, router, satellites) and see if that works. If not, then try a factory reset since something is corrupting the device manager in the router to retain the names.
