Need help login to app.
Need help login to app. Was able to login computer. Password doesn't work on phone. Want to add 2nd satellite Orbi RBS850. Looks like need to do it on app on phone.
The Orbi web interface has a very clear method to add satellites to an existing system. Select the bottom menu item (Add Orbi Satellite) and follow the directions.
Some users find the Orbi 'app' cute, but not not useful for any advanced functions.
The Orbi has three different sets of credentials:
- Orbi WiFi has an identifier (SSID) and password that were printed on the product label, and are often changed by users to match the previous system that is being replaced by the Orbi.
- The web interface has a user name "admin" (which cannot be changed) and a password.
- The Orbi 'app' uses the Netgear user name/password used to access this community forum.
