Nergear Orbi RBR 50 orbi App.

Question

Hello ,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have a RBR 50 with 2 sattelites . In the orbi app, since recently , the 5 ghz network cannot be found although is it working .&nbsp;With the speedtest in the app only 2.4 ghz is measured ( around 220 mbps) . I have a gigabite connection .&nbsp;Also in the anatitics in the app. if i filter to only 5ghz , nothing showes . When i use the ookla speedtest , or kabel test speed is upto 925 mbps .&nbsp;How is it possible that the app is not seeing the 5ghz network ?&nbsp;Thanks for the reply&nbsp;&nbsp;kind regards ,&nbsp;&nbsp;Kees N69

I think your device must not be scanning right. Reason I say that is that 2.4ghz won't hit 220mbps. Its a slower network and sensitive to interference.&nbsp;

Oke&nbsp; ,&nbsp;&nbsp;but when filtering in the app the 5ghz is not visible as if it's not there .&nbsp;Speedtest in ookla shows the 5ghz at 600 mbps . Cabled speedtest Orbi shows 925 mbps.It's just the Orbi app. that doesn't find the 5Ghz .connection
