Netgear Armor

Hey All, I am having a problem I don’t see the option for the NetGear Armor in my Orbi app anymore. I think I chose an option not to show anymore or something. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app it still does not show. How do I signup for the Netgear Armor trial and get the feature for my router and devices?

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! I'd like to investigate this further. Check out if your router supports NETGEAR Armor. Can you tell me which Orbi model you have? If you have an Orbi that supports NETGEAR Armor, please confirm your router is on the most up to date firmware?

      Yes it is resolved I switched it back to router mode rather than AP.
