Netgear AX1800 RBK352 Dual-band Mesh Wifi 6 System unknown Wifi network
Hi Netgear Community, I noticed that the Unknown wifi sometimes was listed on Orbi APP.
I do not understand what is unknow Wifi. With the help of support, I reboot and change the password for the main Wifi. It can disappear. However, after a while, the Unknown wifi will come out again. Please refer to the attached screenshot. Thank you.

Thank you for attaching the screen shot. In all these years, I have never seen a device appear like this on the Orbi app. (I just love that the forum brings up "new things" almost every day!)
Is this an Apple or Android device running the Orbi 'app'?
Since the mystery device is labeled as "Apple", it might be worth taking a few minutes to look through the list of devices and see if all of your Apple devices are accounted for. If one seems to be 'missing', try turning it off to see if the mystery device disappears.
Also, bring up the details of this mystery device and write down the MAC address. Smartphone, tablet, and laptop vendors commonly include an option in their wireless settings to create a random MAC address rather than use the hardware MAC address of the device. I would enter the MAC address of this mystery device into one of the web page that attempts to determine vendor from the MAC address, such as:
https://www.wireshark.org/tools/oui-lookup.html or https://macaddress.io

Thank you for your response.
The Orbit APP is intalled on Samsung Galaxy A50s
None of home devices are Apples devices in my home.
The Apple device comes from the tenant living downstairs. It was listed on unknown wifi network.Hmmmmm. Still very strange. (I will need to dig in my "box of stuff".)
Wonder if the tenant has deployed a WiFi Extender with a different WiFi SSID, i.e.
- Extender connected to your system with WiFi
- Creating a different WiFi network
- Apple device connected to that network
I am 99.9% certain that I have done this in the past and every device connected to the WiFi Extender appeared correctly on the Orbi network, no matter what the Extender WiFi was named.
So far..... I got nothin.
