Netgear Orbi App - Email Help

Hello,

 

Trying to help my parents with their home wifi. I bought them an Orbi a couple years ago and set them up with the APP and etc. They've done some changes with their cell phones and they've managed to reinstall the app but don't know the email set up with it. Is there any way I can get support in trying to recover the email address that it's currently set up with? I can provide the Serial/MAC for the router if required. 

 

The questions/answers in the http://orbilogin.com also don't seem to match what they've written down. Is there any chance I can have help either updating/changing that as well?

    Please contact our Customer Care at customer.service@netgear.com for account information. In the email please include the name(s) the device maybe registered to, email addresses, serial number, and phone number.
