New Device Notification (Orbi RBR50v2)

How can I be notified when someone joins my Orbi network? (either main SSID or guest) Does the Orbi mobile app support this type of notification? if not, what does?

This web page says the Orbi and Nighthawk 'apps' notify when new devices join a network:

Since my own Orbi app never notifies me, I assume this is because I have not enabled Access Control.

I found that post during a web search, but it states that it applies only to the following:

Wireless AC Router Nighthawk (3)

I can't find anything about new device notification in the orbi manual.

Right you are. "Always read the fine print." Not exactly encouraging that the BIG TYPE says Orbi app, but the details omit Orbi.

Sheesh.

  Thanks. I love my Orbi as well. I can't understand why "Orbi" is listed on that post either.
