New Orbi - Genie Remote Access Not Working

I installed a new RBR50 (up-to-date with firmware 1.3.0.12) system in my house (along with one satellite) and I have verified on my Negear account that the device is registered.  The Genie app (PC) is not recognizing that the device is registered and will not let me add the device to gain Remote Access -- I get the message "The registration process failed, try again".  On the Android App, I can log into my account and see the router listed with a "Register" button, but I get a similar failure message.  How do I get the Genie app to work for Remote Access to my RBR50?
