New Orbi Setup

Hello

 

I just purchased the Orbi Tri-band Wifi, (RBK23-100NAS intructions have a date April 2018).  I have watched videos on setting up and everything goes smoothly expect when I am trying to setup through the app.  I get past the "Almost there" but when I get to the part where it is supposed to connect to the internet, I get an X.  I have no clue what I am doing wrong.  TIA

    What modem are you connecting to?

    have you tried setting up through the browser and not through the app?

      I have not but I will try that as well.  I have to wait until early in the mornings before work and school.
