No option to delete inactive device in Orbi app
See attached screenshot. I do not see the option to delete an unused phone in my list of devices in the Orbi app. App version is android 2.19 firmware version 2.7.4.24 Is this a bug in the app?
There was a discussion about a similar issue last December:
That discussion was never concluded, so it is not clear what the result was.
- I did see this discussion and that Netgear staff didn't have a definitive answer. I posted again to see if there has been any new development in the past 10 months to resolve the issue.
Did you try to use the web administration Access Control?
- Yes. Web app only shows the currently connected devices, not disconnected/inactive devices.
