online then offlie orbi app shows

have an issue with my ORBI rbr20/rbk23 wifi system where on the app it keeps showing router offline, then it's back online. it keeps going back and forth on and offline.  AT&T is my internet service and they've already created a port for my Orbi system in the firewall, but why does the app keep showing it going online then offline?

    How often does this occur? Do you still have internet access despite the app stating the Orbi is offline?
