Orbi- peculiar problem
I’ve recently changed ISP and connected Orbi to it but when trying to access web it comes up either a login to the website or a 404 not found message. When I connect to the ISP own router no problems ...
You should post this under the Orbi section of the community.
Sounds like you may be in a double-nat condition (a router behind a router.) Do you have a modem/router combination upstream from your Orbi? if so, you will need to either bridge that modem per the owners manual OR configure Orbi in the the AP mode (vice router mode)

Good stuff and congrats on the fix.
Understand that Orbi in AP mode looses its router functionality... you also have the option to bridge your existing cable modem -- which effectively passes the data through to Orbi for it to provide all router functions.
