ORBI 50V2
Poor connection when using, Zoom, Doxy, or EHR site. I can not update it as it will not let me sign in. I tried resetting the password, with no luck as the app won't let me.

You have the RBK50v2?
What firmware do you have on it and the satellites?
How big is your home?
Are all devices having issues? Just those connected to the satellites?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What speed do you have directly connected to the router?
And the satellites?
