Orbi 750 not showing on app.
Just wondering if anyone has heard the status of the Orbi 750 not showing up on app? It worked great for a couple years then just left from app. The Orbi itself and the satellites work great, just a no show on the app. I’ve read of a potential patch but customer service doesn’t seem to know anything about this. Interestingly my Orbi 50 at work shows up on the app from the remote function. I’ve tried everything but reset and I sure don’t want to do this. Thanks

there's an issue with the app. If you were in the orbi ax forum, you'd see a notice about it. but here's the post from an admin.
Does this help any if you use Apple devices?
