ORBI 770

When I go to my ORBI app on my iPhone so I can manage password and devices it automatically jumps to wanting to sign in to Netgear. If I try to sign in, its sends the code to email and I enter the code and continue but it just run a circle trying and does not finish so I can get into my app?

    Try uninstalling the app, reboot the mobile device, re-install Orbi app, then try again? 

    Is this for Orbi app or Smart Parental Controls?
