Orbi 970 Pin
I've purchased a second hand Orbi 970 router and satellite. When trying to setup it up from as a new system through my current Orbi App, it asks for a PIN for the router to change the password, yet I don't have visibility of a PIN. Any ideas where I can find this PIN please? Thank you.

There is a good chance that this router has been registered with Netgear by the previous owner. In that case, the Orbi 'app' will not be able to manage it until the previous owner deletes it from his account. (Probably 'not gonna happen' because you have no way to contact the previous owner.)
I suggest doing a Factory Reset and using the web interface to set up the router.
