Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi Router (RBR50v2)i
Login Required
When I try to log in, Face ID is not recognized, password is not recognized, and I get this error message - Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device.
Still no success, next steps are welcomed and appreciated.

Is it on iOS? We've been seeing a ton of reports lately some update breaking the app.
Can you still log in via the browser?
Yes - exactly - I am using the iOS app - with ongoing failures.
May I please ask - how do I login from a browser?
