ORBI Account in Two Houses

I have an ORBI system in my home and in my vacation home. However, it seems that my app is quite confused about which account I am in. Has anyone had luck with setting up two systems and then being able to log into the app to see how either of them are performing (which I assume I can only do when I am on the wifi of each house). Thanks!

    Hello momesso, 

     

    May you tell us more about the app error you receive. In order to view two Orbi systems through the Orbi app, you will need two separate accounts. The Orbi app currently does not support multiple users.
