Orbi and Iphone 12 Don't Play Nice

Just installed 2 orbis last night (router and satellite).  Everything working beautifully EXCEPT my iphone 12 max pro and my wife's iphone 12 are not working with them at all.  We have to switch wifi off to use them.  Why is this happening when everything else in the house is working?

    Some more description of the problem may help.

    • How was the Orbi system installed and configured?
      * Just plugged in and used (not configured)?
      * Using the Orbi web interface with a web browser?
      * Using the Orbi "app" (on what device)?
    • The Orbi WiFi name does not appear in the control panel of either iPhone?
    • The Orbi WiFi name appears, but the password is rejected?
    • The iPhones connect, but get an indication "no internet"?
