Orbi Android App Freezing - unuseable

The issue fixed itself after a few more complete reboots.

I'm having the exact same issue. It's finding the device but saying it's not connected to the internet. I'm also needing to be on it daily due to kids internet access. So frustrating.

  What Orbi system do you have?
  What Android device do you have? It it up to date on it's OS?
  Uninstall the app then re-install it.
  I believe for Android, there is a app cache that should be cleared as well. Might check app settings for this.

    Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times - still freezes
    Cleared cache as well

It freezes while the home screen is loading - on this screen. Usually parts of data on the screen are missin, f.e. the count of devices under Device Manager. The app freezes and eventually has to be force closed. Happens probably > 60% loading the app
