Thanks for your recommendations... I already tried rebooting and reloading the app several times, without any success.
We'll see if Netgear thinks my business is important enough to provide any help on this issue. Accessing the hub from my phone is mission critical for me, so I'll be looking for a mesh solution from another provider.

- Tim050Feb 02, 2025AspirantI got the same issue.. on both phones (honor magic 6 pro) and (Samsung Galaxy a53). On both phones i got the message. I do get a e-mail with a code to login. Still when i open the app it keeps saying no internet connection. I tried to keep pushing 'try again' but then just the whole app stops working. I hope someone has a solution to this very annoying problem.
