Orbi Android App

Hi --   I have a Netgear Orbi AC2200 (RBR20) router and I am trying to update my firmware.  I want to do it on the app, but I chaged my user name from "admin" and now I can't logon. The Orbi app ...

And how is this an App problem? Change the username back to admin..
