Orbi app - problem with verify identity

I have problems loggin in to Orbi App my app needs 2 factor approvel but its on my old email address. I have changed the email address in mynetgear but it wont change in the app, there are no menu options for two factor approvel in settings in the mynetgear homepage. Please help im running IOS 14.3
